Hypnotherapy
I took a free online hypnotherapy course as research for the masters thesis I am working on. it was amazing. a little intense, I had 28 days to complete 7 lessons which involved watching 2 hours of video for each lesson. adding that to my regularly scheduled activities was a bit tricky. I loved it though, which absolutely made it easier to do. remember in grade 8 when we were taught about advertising and how it affects our subconscious to encourage buying the products? I loved that class. obviously, since I am a long way from being thirteen and still clearly remember. hee hee. learning hypnotherapy is learning how the mind works. how information is taken in, sorted and then processed. completely intrigues me. taking the basic class also helped me understand how my gift of connecting to energies works. very cool!!!
I have signed up for the advanced course. wahoo! for payment plans. this one is far from free. I love what I am learning. so intriguing. one of the most important things I have learned is the importance of sleep for the mind to process and let go of information. I know this is going to become one of my focuses. I adore sleeping, I adore dreaming, and I have always known in my soul the importance of both. to be able to help others get a better night sleep and teach them dream therapy, so they can interpret their own dreams, excites me!
past life regressions are also on the agenda. very, very cool. if you have had a session with me you know that I am completely fascinated by that too. right now clients will shape shift, into other personalities to give me a glimpse of their past lives. I will be able to regress clients so they can observe their own past lives. I am very excited by this too.
for all those of you that are a little freaked out by being hypnotized, it is completely like a day dream. this type of hypnotherapy is different than the stage hypnosis, although I may learn that too. hee hee. the hypnotizing that I am interested in is to facilitate healing. having experienced first hand the wonderful effects of hypnotherapy I am very excited to be able to offer these services soon!!!
we have all experiences hypnosis, while driving, at the movies, even reading a book where you get so involved in the story that you tune out everything else. wouldn’t it be wonderful to use that to release some blocks in your energy and release some of the energies that are weighing you down? wahoo!! I will keep you posted. sleep and dream therapy will be first on my list of offerings for adults and children.

self-promotion
Ok big breath in saying Assured and Breath out saying Shannon. I am working on the super fabulous Firestarter program from Danielle Laporte. I am on the lesson about self-promotion. basically I have to get over myself and celebrate my gifts that I can and do share with the world. I am anchored with integrity to purpose and meaning. ( from the Firestarter program) I am now proceeding with: passion-based, value-driven, do-good-things-in-the-world, unabashedly proud self-promotion. ( again from the Firestarter program.)
so here goes: I am about to shamelessly and proudly promote myself right here and now.
I am the Psychic Cowgirl. this means that I have a talent for reading energies in this dimension and other dimensions. I do this and help my clients release blocks that are in their energy. I can see, feel, and acknowledge these blocks from the energies of the clients words, and actions. it is so fabulously cool! I can also see past life energies, glimpses of future possibilities and talk to dead people to help my clients heal.
I am also able to channel energies such as the sentience Gaia also known as mother earth. I also channel a group of energies I call Merlin, simply because I want to. I also am able to channel a group of beings called Arcturians who are amazing at medical, science and business questions.
when a client has a session with me there is no script, we go wherever the energies take us, simply because I am tapped into a higher wisdom that directs the sessions to go where it is for the highest and best interest of the client. I am an expert at reading the energies and translating that into healing for the client. this is a natural talent, and it took me a very long time before I understood that not everyone can do it. In fact, as of right now I have not met anyone that can do what I can do so effortlessly.
I have taken a theta healing class, Metaphysics classes, and a channeling class to help me figure out how to focus what I can do, and to help in explaining it. it is a whole lot of magic, a lot of really listening, and a lot of connection.
I am using these talents of mine to empower others to use their own guidance systems. to release feelings of unworthiness, unvalued and to embrace their own magical, divine selves. to gain an awareness that life does not have to be a struggle, that each time you peel away a layer of your own stifling belief systems magic happens, manifesting happens, amazing opportunities happen, and there are no limits.
I have met amazing people. and saw amazing things they did and can do. gaining an awareness and getting out of their own way seems to be a key. exactly like me getting out of my own way on the self-promotion crud I was stuck in. I am fantastic at what I do. I have the best life, I have people who come to see me or talk to me on the phone who want to create a change in their life and I get to help them. I am blunt, I will call you on any BS you try to hide behind, but I do not judge. I have been there myself.
it is healing for your Soul. you get to see yourself in a new light that is way shinier than you thought. you get to start experiencing your own connection to the divine energies and do healing on yourself. it is a big ripple effect.
I say that I am a psychic~mostly to blast the stereotype of a psychic. I am an intuitive counselor, past life seer, future possibilities seer, channel, remote viewer, and all around amazing magical, bodacious, and quirky mystic. oh yeah, I am also an ordained minister, so welcome to the church of Shannon.
I believe limits are for credit cards and not a way to live your life. I have shown people we are limitless if we choose to be. I am living my dream life. I have an amazing husband, whom I have taught to be intuitive his own self, since I got tired of answering his questions all the time. I have amazing children with powers themselves who I love watching expand and explore their world. I have a ranch with cows, horses, llama, highland steer, and bulls. some are for making $$ , some are for my pleasure. I have my own business where people pay me to guide them. I have a store on my ranch that sells mystical fun items, and I only have to walk across my yard to work. my store is online and I have shipped products all over Canada and the U.S. I get to go to gift shows to shop for my store which completely indulges my love for shopping. . How fabulous is that!!
I plan for it to only get better as I embrace new opportunities. speaking gigs and more teaching, and working with groups is where I plan on expanding into. wahoo for me!! I am living my dream life and it is even better than I imagined.

I had a concept stuck in my understanding, I messaged a friend and we had a great conversation about it. I still felt it a little stuck, then HOLY HAY CROPS!!! the Universe provided the situations to help me get it. I cannot say that it was all that pleasant, but I did ask to understand so I accept the responsibility for what I attracted. what was the concept? how is it that some people on a spiritual journey or interested in the metaphysics seem to have skipped the chapters on ego and judgment? Is it not a process, or is this where free will comes in and their wounded ego refuses to let go? how is it that they help people when their ego is big? have they learned a technique to rely on rather than being “tuned in” ? is recognising ego and judgment part of being awakened or is it part of evolving? I am thinking that being stuck in those energies would hinder any spiritual growth to a large degree? I found that working on ego and judgment and recognising the energies made everything so much clearer, and that it is an ongoing process. How do you know if you have done some of the work on ego & judgement? by your reactions to situations. the situations that were put in my path, I reacted from my heart, whether or not it was received that way is none of my business. ( a concept I did struggle with). I had also said that I choose to follow my inner guidance no matter what, and well I did, and I can say that I am happy about that. the answer to the concept I was pondering~ not everyone is on the same path, or is willing to do the work~follow your own inner guidance to find the answers, and pay attention!
Angel Smiles
I heard a story from a friend a while ago about Angels leaving dimes as a way of saying “hi and I love you” since then I find dimes all over the place. especially the washing machine, haha laundry is not my favorite thing to do. I also find them on the sidewalks, in the gravel, on my dresser, always unexpected and only dimes. Truly magical! I went grocery shopping yesterday and in the same area is one of my favorite clothing stores, AND they had a 70% off sale. so naturally I went in, and did end up buying a top and a pair of shorts. then I went grocery shopping, after paying that bill I was feeling a little guilt for clothes shopping. so much so that when I went to WalMart I only spent $20 and only on school supplies. that was amazing!!! I do not think I have EVER spent so little at Walmart. I came home, put the groceries away, still feeling a little guilt. went to my room with my bag of clothes and took them out of the bag and……….. there was a DIME in the bottom of the bag. how sweet is that!!! Thanks Shopping Angels, Guilt is gone!!! (it is a waste of energy anway) and I am feeling loved and taken care of! plus my new shorts are very comfy, and perfect for those few days of summer.!
